Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Slalom Flex in Denver, focused on Revenue Cycle Management. This project-based role requires on-site presence in the Denver area with a two-day-per-week requirement and no remote work.

You will lead discovery, shape product strategy, and collaborate with executives, operations, and engineering to deliver value across patient access, claims, denials, and billing processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within healthcare organizations or healthcare services.
• Proven experience leading product discovery and defining product strategies for complex business and technology challenges.
• Strong experience creating product briefs, roadmaps, business cases, user stories, and backlog management frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders and drive decisions across large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams in Agile environments and supporting sprint delivery.
• Consulting experience, ability to work with a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts to identify business problems, user needs, and product opportunities.
• Translate complex operational needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs based on business value and technical considerations.
• Translate priorities into epics, features, and user stories; ensure readiness for engineering teams.
• Drive continuous feedback loops and iterative product improvements.
