Job summary

Lava Island, Denver HQ, seeks an experienced construction PM to own commercial interior TI builds from estimate through financial close-out. You’ll manage buyouts, budgets, change orders, and contracts with subs and suppliers.

You’ll lead coordination across Design, Real Estate, and Operations, run Procore and Microsoft 365 tools, and oversee multiple parks from a Denver base with occasional site visits. If you have seven-plus years in tenant improvements, strong negotiation, and a track record

Qualifications

Seven+ years of construction project management experience, typically in tenant improvement or interior build-out.
Track record buying out and managing subcontracts and purchase orders across all trades.
Experience owning project budgets, cost tracking, change orders, pay apps, and close-out.
Ability to read drawings and lease exhibits; strong understanding of means and methods.
Procore experience preferred; willingness to become a Procore power user required.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Take the estimator’s pricing and scope and buy out the job; contract subs and suppliers.
Own the project budget from buyout through close-out; manage changes and forecast.
Run subcontractor pay apps, vendor invoices, and end-of-project close-out with Finance.
Coordinate with Design, Real Estate, APS, NPO, and Operations on dependencies.
Use Procore and company systems; manage multiple concurrent builds from Denver base.
