Job summary

Lava Island is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the commercial and contractual side of interior TI builds from estimate through financial close-out. You will buy out subcontractors, manage budgets, and oversee changes across multiple Denver-area projects from a local home base, with occasional travel to active sites.

Bring proven experience in commercial TI or interior builds, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate across Design, Real Estate, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience buying out and managing commercial interior TI projects end to end.
• Own the budget and contracts through close-out.
• Strong procurement and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Take the job from estimate through financial close-out as commercial owner.
• Buy out the job: select, negotiate, and contract subs and suppliers.
• Manage procurement of long-lead materials and equipment.
• Own the project budget and change orders from buyout to close-out.
• Coordinate with Design, Real Estate, and Operations across milestones.
