Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home, with uncapped commission potential and a clear path to earning up to $100,000. You will work in the Denver/Boulder metro area, engaging warm prospects and delivering hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and services.

Training starts with paid programs, followed by ongoing coaching to keep you tech-savvy and successful in scheduling visits and closing deals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in customers' homes.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
