Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Prior experience in food service.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Able to maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring food and products are prepared and served to standard.
• Control waste and record according to guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is clean and maintained.
• Coach and train team members in back- and front-of-house.
• Oversee training and orientation of new employees.
• Assist with labor planning to meet activity and cost objectives.
• Provide safety training for lifting and handling hazardous materials.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store setup.
