Job summary

Mission Yogurt is seeking a Shift Supervisor for Einstein Bros. Bagels inside Denver International Airport. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and support management in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Competitive pay with tips and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Prior experience in food service.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, flexible schedules, and holidays.
• Pass TSA background check (10-year) requirement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience at KFC or similar locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food and products are prepared and served to recipes, portions, and standards.
• Control waste and record waste using approved guidelines.
• Keep equipment clean and in good condition through inspections and maintenance programs.
• Coach, train, and guide team members in back and front of house.
• Oversee training of new employees and communicate department rules.
• Assist with labor planning to meet business needs and cost objectives.
• Provide safety training for lifting and handling hazardous materials.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures and security.
• Enforce company policies and corrective actions fairly and promptly.
• Interact with customers to build loyalty and resolve concerns.
