Job summary

Dental Metrics Maven is seeking a Lead Denture Technician in Kentucky to drive daily workflow while remaining active in production. You will oversee quality, train technicians, and ensure timely completion of denture cases, including full and partial dentures.

This is an onsite role within the Removables department. Ideal candidates bring at least five years in removable dental lab work, strong fabrication skills, and leadership experience to guide a growing team and improve processes.

Qualifications

• At least five years of removable dental laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on skills in complete and partial denture fabrication.
• Ability to guide technicians, organize workflow, and solve technical problems.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

• Produce complete and partial dentures, including setups, waxing, processing, finishing, relines, and repairs.
• Review work for quality and troubleshoot challenging cases.

• Communicate with Customer Service and other departments on case questions when needed.
