Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialist is always the primary consideration. Must be able to communicate and have the ability to work well with others. Visual perception, manual dexterity, good motor skills, skills using small hand instruments, reading comprehension skills, as well as attention to detail required. Ability to work on a deadline, handle stressful situations and take and use constructive feedback. Denture Technicians are responsible for the creation of removable dental appliances. This position will set-up, wax-up, finish, polish, process dentures as well as perform repairs and finish stints. The Denture Technician will review and follow prescriptions and strive to meet daily production requirements.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

• Baseplates: make bases for setup for try-in using light-cure material, make bases for occlusion rims and place wax rim on baseplate using rim former and wax
• Wax, Set-up and finish denture cases
• Rims: Put onto cast frames
• Custom Trays: digitally design tray, finish the tray after printing, use a buff wheel to smooth edges, and use putty to enhance names on trays
• Read and follow Doctors’ prescriptions and preferences.
• Organize, prioritize and plan work load in order to meet daily production requirements.
• Ensure work is performed according to quality standards.
