Qualifications

• Experience and education requirements for GS-11/12 dentistry positions.
• Must meet education, licensure, and background check requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provides comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and emergency dental services.
• Independently evaluates and manages complex dental conditions, coordinating care with medical providers for medically complex patients.
• Delivers patient education and preventive care, ensuring patients understand options, risks, and post-treatment care across diverse backgrounds.
• Provides consultation and guidance to healthcare providers and dental staff on dental health issues and their impact on overall health.
• Maintains clinical records, participates in quality improvement and infection control activities, supports program operations, and contributes to committees and strategic planning.
