Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Must comply with immunization and health surveillance policies.
• Must obtain and maintain dental licensure and clinical privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and emergency services.
