The qualified Dentist will provide high-quality dental care across the full scope of dental treatments, addressing issues related to teeth and surrounding tissues, including diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, preventive care, and dental maintenance for patients. The Dentist will be an integral part of the care team, working collaboratively with patients and staff, and will supervise and coordinate dental treatment care with hygienists.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education / Licensure:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).
- Completion of a 4-year accredited dental school program.
- Valid dental license in the State of Colorado.
- Valid, unrestricted DEA registration.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of clinical experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Integrate preventive dental services with medical and behavioral health services.
- Provide preventive, hygiene, emergency, restorative, surgical, endodontic, and prosthetic dental services.
- Participate in school-based outreach preventive services.
- Maintain patient records in eDW according to industry standards and billing requirements.
- Complete chart notes within 7 days of service.
- Coordinate referrals with assistance from referral coordinators and case managers.
- Participate in quality improvement and data initiatives related to dental care.
- Meet monthly patient and service provision benchmarks as per the Dental Services Plan.
- Refer patients for care as needed.
- Attend internal meetings and training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- 1–3 years of pediatric experience is preferred.
Pay and Benefits:
- Full compensation package including medical, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending account, 401k, disability insurance, nine paid holidays, four weeks of vacation, and six days of sick leave annually.
