Job summary
42North Dental is seeking a dentist to join our practice and deliver comprehensive dental care. The role covers the full patient experience from initial exam to treatment planning and delivery, with in-office specialties available.
The position offers part-time scheduling with two Saturdays per month and benefits including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401K, and ongoing CE opportunities.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
- Review treatment plan options with patients.
- Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
- Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
- Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics.
