Job summary
42 North Dental seeks a Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care in a busy, patient-centered practice. You will perform exams, diagnose conditions, create and discuss treatment plans, and provide restorative and preventive care across in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
The role features a part-time schedule (Two Saturdays per month, 7AM-12PM, Labor Day through Memorial Day) with benefits contingent on full-time status.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create and review treatment plans with patients.
- Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
