The position offers a competitive monthly salary with incentives, a Monday–Friday 9am–6pm schedule, and a focus on patient-centered care in a modern dental clinic.

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist with active license
• With experience in dental setting

Responsibilities

• Examine patients’ teeth, gums, and other oral structures to diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Perform routine cleanings, extractions, fillings, and other dental procedures.
• Administer anesthetics to ensure patient comfort during treatments.
• Take and interpret X-rays and other diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental care and technologies.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Address patient concerns and provide guidance on treatment options.

• $12,000 - $16,000 per month
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
• Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from advanced treatments, including dental implants, orthodontic procedures, and cosmetic dentistry services.
