Job summary

Vista Community Clinic (VCC) seeks a licensed dentist to provide comprehensive care across general dentistry, including diagnosis, preventive dentistry, and uncomplicated oral surgery. You will coordinate services, supervise staff, and educate patients in a high-volume practice using NextGen/QSI EMR.

Ideal candidates hold California licensure, CPR/BLS, and 2+ years' experience; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid California dental license.
• Minimum two years' high-volume dental practice experience.
• Experience supervising dental auxiliary staff.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the disciplines of a general dental practice: diagnosis, preventive dentistry and uncomplicated oral surgery.
• Coordinate and provide all dental services.
• Deliver preventive services including fluorides and fluoridation advocacy.
• Interact with patients for education, examination and surgical activities.
• Provide team services using multiple operatories.
