42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join a modern practice built on patient care and clinical excellence. The role spans the full patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, and a strong emphasis on comprehensive care.

Expect earnings in the $150,000–$200,000 USD range, with compensation based on collections, bonus opportunities, and growth potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS or CPR certification on file.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices.
