42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the full clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. Competitive annual earnings with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a DMD or DDS from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality and ethical standards of care.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA)

State license to practice dentistry

Hepatitis B vaccination

Malpractice insurance

BLS/CPR certification
