Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join a modern practice with a strong patient base and supportive in-house specialists. You will manage the full clinical patient experience, from initial exam to treatment delivery, with emphasis on quality, ethics, and patient satisfaction.

The role offers earnings based on production, with a stated range of $150,000-$200,000 USD annually, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) plan, continuing education, and professional mentorship.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry in the United States.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments, technologies, and standards.
