42North Dental in Rochester, NH is seeking a skilled Dentist to join a modern practice with a strong patient base. You will oversee the entire clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics.

The position offers a competitive compensation model (up to $200,000 USD) with earnings based on collections, bonuses, and upside tied to performance, plus comprehensive benefits and continuing education

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education and development.
