Job summary

42North Dental in Rochester, NH is seeking a dentist to join a modern practice with a strong patient base. You will manage the entire clinical patient experience from exam to care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Earn 150k–200k USD annually (up to 36% of collections) with bonus opportunities and strong upside tied to performance, plus comprehensive benefits and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state dentistry license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices, and standards of care through continuing education and professional development
