Job summary

42North Dental in Rochester, NH is seeking a Dentist to join our modern practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment planning to execution of care, with collaborative support across specialty areas as needed.

The role offers a pathway to excellent earnings with compensation referencing up to 36% of collections and an annual rate of $150,000 - $200,000 USD, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards and ethics in patient care.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices through continuing education.
