Job summary

42 North Dental, rooted in Boston, is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice. You will manage the entire patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients on options, and maintain dental records. We offer strong continuing education, mentorship, and a collaborative network of doctors.

Qualifications

Must have DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
Maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
