Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Vaccination documentation (Hepatitis B).
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on options and procedures.
• Maintain and update patient dental records and x-rays.
• Perform restorative and preventive care as needed.
• Carry out surgical procedures when required.
