Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans with patients
• Maintain and update medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain highest standard of care and ethics
• Stay current with developments in dentistry through CE

Education

DDS or DMD degree (ADA CODA accredited)

Licensed to practice dentistry (state license)

Hepatitis B vaccination documentation
