42 North Dental in Harwinton, CT is seeking a licensed Dentist to lead the full clinical patient experience from exams to treatment, including in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will promote oral health, educate patients, create and review treatment plans, maintain records, and stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry. Comprehensive benefits support career growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism; stay current with developments.

Education
