Job summary

Cell Staff is seeking a licensed Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our correctional healthcare team in Wisconsin. This full-time position offers 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with no weekend work, and a competitive pay package with weekly payroll. You’ll provide dental care to incarcerated individuals at our client facility and supervise clinic staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited educational institution.
• Licensed as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD). The license MUST be in good standing.
• 1+ years of relevant Dentist (DDS or DMD) experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide incarcerated individuals with dental screening and treatment.
• Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries and malformations of teeth, gums and related oral structures.
• Perform exams, utilize diagnostic procedures and instruments.
• Clean, fill, extract and replace teeth; design and build crowns, bridges and other oral structures.
• Prescribe medications.
• Plan programs of exams and treatments; provide clinical supervision of dental staff assigned to the clinic.

DDS/DMD Details

• Full Time Schedules

DDS/DMD Duties

• Provide incarcerated individuals with dental screening/treatment
• Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries and malformations of teeth gums and related oral structures
• Perform exams, utilize diagnostic procedures and instruments
• Clean, fill, extract and replace teeth, design and build crowns, bridges and other oral structures
• Prescribe medications
• Plan programs of exams and treatmentsProvide clinical supervision of dental assistant and other staff assigned to the clinic, document services provided.

DDS/DMD Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited educational institution
• Licensed as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) by the State in which the position is located. The license MUST be in good standing
• 1+ years of relevant Dentist (DDS or DMD) experience
