Cell Staff is seeking licensed Dental Assistants for contract positions across Wisconsin and Oregon, working in correctional facilities. Full-time schedules with 8-hour shifts; some weekends may be required.

This role involves direct chairside support, sterilization, and inmate record maintenance. You will assist dentists during cleanings and extractions, escort inmates to the clinic, and ensure tools and rooms are prepared for procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited educational institution.
• Licensed as a Dental Assistant by the State in which the position is located. The license MUST be in good standing
• 1+ year of relevant Dental Assistant experience

Dental Assistant Details

• Full Time Schedules

• Some weekends may be required

• 8 hour shifts

• Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)

Dental Assistant Duties

• Assist the dentist with dental cleanings on inmates

• Assist the dentist with dental extractions on inmates

• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment

• Maintain inmate records

• Escort inmates to and from the dental clinic

• Assist with seating and preparing inmates for treatment

Dental Assistant Qualifications
