42North Dental in Torrington, CT, is seeking a general dentist to join a team delivering comprehensive care from exam to treatment delivery. The role includes in‑office specialities like periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

The position offers part‑time or full‑time options with hours 8AM–5PM and earning potential up to 36% of collections. Comprehensive benefits and CE opportunities are included to support career growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree
