• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
• Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the greater community
