Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $230,000 – $300,000 / Year

Location-Specific Offers:

• Per Day or Per Year Guarantee - $850
• Sign-On Bonus - $10,000

You’ll achieve success by:

• Leading a patient-centric team respecting your clinical judgment and leadership
• Providing quality care adhering to high standards of ethics and professionalism
• Conducting comprehensive exams and diagnosing dental conditions
• Discussing treatment options with patients
• Providing high-quality clinical treatments efficiently
• Maintaining awareness of the budget and working with the Operations team to attain financial objectives

Additional responsibilities include:

• Mentoring and coaching new dentists and dental professionals
• Keeping abreast of new developments through continued education
• Networking with professional groups and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental practices in the community

Qualifications:

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
