Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 / Year

You will achieve success by:

• Leading a patient-centered team respecting your clinical judgment and leadership

• Discussing treatment options with patients
• Delivering high-quality clinical treatments efficiently
• Managing the budget and collaborating with the Operations team to meet financial goals

Additional responsibilities include:

• Mentoring and coaching new dentists and dental staff
• Staying updated with advancements in dentistry through continued education
• Networking with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to promote Aspen Dental practices in the community
