Job summary

River Valley Family Health Centers in Delta and Montrose, CO is seeking a Dentist to join our community health clinic on a full-time basis. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

The Dentist will provide clinical dental services and preventive care, supervise staff in the director's absence, and travel between clinics as needed while delivering patient-centered, high-quality care in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited dental school.
• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Colorado, DPS, and DEA registration.
• Knowledge of public health principles and practices preferred.
• Ability to travel between clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and diagnose dental/oral conditions; provide or direct treatment per clinical protocols.
• Record and document all patient-dentist transactions accurately in dental records.
• Examine teeth, gums, and related tissues; evaluate health and plan treatments.
• Supervise dental assistants and hygienists in the absence of the dental director.
