Job summary

42 North Dental seeks a Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care within an established practice near Boston, MA. You will manage the entire patient experience from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Required are a DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited program, current state license to practice dentistry, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on treatment options and plans.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental procedures.
• Carry out surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
