Job summary

42North Dental in Boston, MA is seeking a Dentist to lead the patient care experience from exams and treatment planning to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. A strong flow of new patients supports a dynamic practice.

The role requires a DMD or DDS, an active state license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification. This is a full-time opportunity with a positive, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients and update medical/dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and professional ethics.
