Job summary

42North Dental in Boston, MA seeks a Dentist to lead the entire clinical patient experience from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care. In our established practice, you will work across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

The role emphasizes promoting oral health, diagnosing diseases, educating patients on options, and creating and reviewing treatment plans while maintaining records and interpreting X‑rays. A collaborative, education‑driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update dental records and X‑ray interpretations.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Uphold high standards of care, ethics and professionalism.
• Keep current with new developments and continuing education.
