Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to deliver comprehensive clinical care, from initial exams and treatment planning to delivery of care, in our Boston-area practice. You will oversee the patient experience across in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a focus on growth and patient education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Active state dental license is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health options and informed consent.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X‑ray and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and oral tissues.
• Maintain high quality of care and ethics in every patient interaction.

Education
