Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an approved school.
• Successful completion of an approved U.S. residency training program in Dental Medicine with emphasis on preventive and corrective dentistry and hygiene.
• Current unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Pennsylvania (PA) with PA State Board of Dentistry.
• Current unrestricted certificate to prescribe medication from the U.S. DEA.

Responsibilities

• Successful completion of an approved U.S. residency training program; with emphasis in the Dental Medicine, with emphasis on preventive and corrective dentistry and hygiene.
• Possession of a current unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Pennsylvania issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Dentistry.
• Possession of a current unrestricted certificate to prescribe medication from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency.
