Essential Job Functions

• Provide direct patient care and treatment, including exams, diagnoses, and radiographic imaging.
• Assist in policy and procedure review and recommend changes to meet clinic goals.
• Participate in quality improvement activities, peer reviews, and safety programs.
• Supervise, evaluate, and train dental staff, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants.
• Complete patient documentation in EHR and ensure timely billing with the Billing Office.
• Support clinic committees and attend required meetings/conferences.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate staff, maintain effective working relationships, and respond to patients' needs.
• Ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school; Wisconsin dental license and DEA registration required.
• Experience in general public dentistry preferred.
