Job summary

Smile Exchange of Springfield seeks a General Dentist to join a busy, family-focused practice with modern technology and strong patient flow. You will deliver comprehensive care, including restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, bridges, and root canals, with support from experienced leadership and a clear Doctor Development Plan.

Active licenses and DEA are required; iTero scanning proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals).
• iTero scanning proficiency; Implant placement experience is a plus.

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients.
• Perform restorative procedures, extractions, crown and bridge, and endodontics.
• Collaborate with leadership and support teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
