Guardian Dentistry Partners in Reading, PA, is seeking a General Dentist to join our established family dentistry practice. This role offers a path to partnership, mentorship, and a thriving patient flow with modern technology.

We provide competitive compensation with a minimum salary of $200,000 per year and the potential to grow through collections, plus benefits including health coverage, paid malpractice insurance, a 401(k), CE allowance, and license renewal support.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License and DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry with strong communication and collaboration.
