Pay information

• Competitive daily rates starting at $800, depending on experience and clinical capabilities
• Earn a minimum of 32% of production based on your experience and clinical capabilities
• Opportunity to earn performance-based increases, including participation in the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay program that rewards increases in your percentage of production based on the clinical value you create

About this office

• Location: 716 Livingston Avenue, 1st Floor, New Brunswick, NJ 08902
• Schedule: Part-time, 2 days/week plus 1-2 optional Saturdays
• 4 operatory, busy practice with a full-time General Dentist onsite

What you’ll bring to the team

• Clinical Expertise: Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced dental procedures. Perform routine exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
• Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Educate patients on options for informed decision-making.
• Patient Care: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, addressing oral health concerns and building positive relationships to create a comfortable environment.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Work with dental assistants, hygienists, and staff to ensure smooth operations. Offer guidance on treatment plans, protocols, and best practices.
• Adherence to Protocols: Follow established clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures. Implement referral guidelines when necessary.

What we require you to have

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted dental license
• Proficiency in routine dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, and restorations
• Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education
