Delta Companies in Vermont is seeking a dentist to join a busy outpatient practice. The role includes crown and bridge work (about 3 crowns per day), general restorative and operative dentistry with no endodontics, and on-site CBCT imaging with plans to expand into implant placement.

This position supports a large patient base with a strong team culture. Compensation includes a guaranteed daily rate of about $850 plus 33% of adjusted production, with relocation assistance and comprehensive

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Guaranteed compensation of approximately $850/day
• Additional compensation at 33% of adjusted production
• Expected annual earnings typically $200K–$300K+

• Relocation assistance: $10,000 (2-year commitment)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

• Approximately 3,900 active patients and ~425 new patients per year
• Average daily patient load: 15–18 patients/day
• Crown and bridge work (approximately 3 crowns/day)
• General restorative and operative dentistry, no endo
• CBCT imaging available on site with planned expansion into implant placement
