Job description

US Career Partners is pleased to recruit for this distinguished opportunity with a well-established community outpatient medical center. This position offers exceptional clinical support, above-market compensation, and the chance to make a real difference.

  • A Practice Built Around Dentist Success. This is not simply a good work environment — it is an exceptional one, built with the provider experience as a central priority. Dentists here benefit from comprehensive administrative and clinical support, with dedicated staff managing scheduling, insurance coordination, and all administrative legwork so that clinicians can focus entirely on delivering excellent dental care. The result is a practice where the day-to-day is genuinely enjoyable and professionally fulfilling.
  • A Beloved Community Center with a Fully Integrated Clinical Ecosystem. This practice is not a large corporate dental chain or an impersonal institutional setting — it is a deeply rooted, beloved community medical home where patients and providers alike feel at home. Its fully integrated structure enables meaningful collaboration between dental and medical providers under one roof, creating a uniquely holistic approach to patient care that is rare in the outpatient dental space.
  • Above-Market Compensation — Wherever You Are in Your Career. Whether entering practice fresh from dental school or bringing years of established clinical experience, every candidate can expect a clear and meaningful upgrade from their current or expected compensation. This organization pays above market as a matter of principle, combined with a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a full range of performance bonuses — ensuring that what is offered here stands apart from what is available elsewhere.
  • High-Impact, Community-Centered Care. This role offers the opportunity to serve a rich and diverse patient population drawn from across the broader community, including vulnerable and underserved populations for whom access to quality dental care is especially critical. The breadth and meaning of the work here are substantial.
