Delta Companies is seeking a skilled Dentist (DDS) in the Vermont area to join a busy outpatient practice. The base compensation is approximately $850/day with additional compensation at 33% of adjusted production, aiming at annual earnings typically between $200K and $300K+.

Relocation assistance of $10,000 is offered with a 2-year commitment. The practice serves ~3,900 active patients and about 425 new patients per year, with a daily patient load of 15–18 and significant crown work.

Qualifications

• DDS required with licensure to practice dentistry.
• Minimum 1 year of general practice experience; 3 years preferred.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in a busy outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide crown and bridge work (approximately 3 crowns/day).
• Perform general restorative and operative dentistry; no endodontics.
• Manage a patient load of 15–18 patients per day.
• CBCT imaging available on site with planned implant placement expansion.
