Job summary

Delta Companies in Vermont is seeking a Dentist (DDS) to join our outpatient team. The role offers guaranteed compensation of $850 per day plus 33% of adjusted production and an expected annual earnings of $200K–$300K+.

The practice serves ~3,900 active patients with 15–18 patients per day, performs crown and bridge work, and has CBCT imaging on site with plans to add implants. Relocation assistance: $10,000 and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general practice experience required.
• 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• General restorative and operative dentistry, no endo.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

Approximately 3,900 active patients and ~425 new patients per year

Average daily patient load: 15–18 patients/day

Crown and bridge work (approximately 3 crowns/day)
