Job summary

Gentle Dental in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our PPO-focused practice. You will provide comprehensive general dentistry services with support from in-house specialists and a strong team dedicated to quality patient care.

We offer competitive compensation ($205,000–$400,000 annually) with no production targets, flexible schedules including full- and part-time options, in-house CE opportunities, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred.
• Current applicable State Dental License or ability to acquire one by time of employment.
• Accredited Dental School Graduate.
• CPR, DEA, NPI licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services in a PPO-focused practice.
• Collaborate with in-house board eligible or certified specialists to support patient care.
• Contribute to a comprehensive dental office and patient workflow.
