Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or experienced General Dentist with pediatric experience in Lanham and Largo, MD. The role offers a part-time schedule with Saturday shifts, joining a collaborative team focused on creating positive dental experiences for children.

The ideal candidate will have a Maryland DDS/DMD license (or eligibility) and a genuine passion for working with kids, with comfort treating patients with special healthcare needs in a busy pediatric environment.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD licensed in Maryland or eligible to obtain license
• Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred
• Comfort working with children and families in a busy practice

• Manage anxious pediatric patients with a calm, compassionate approach

Clinical Scope

Providers perform a variety of pediatric procedures, including:

Routine children's hygiene and preventive care

Composite fillings

Stainless steel crowns

Limited extractions

Complex procedures, including adult endodontics, wisdom teeth extractions, graduated patients (18+), oral sedation, and select IV sedation cases, are referred appropriately.
