Lone Peak Dental Group seeks a Pediatric Dentist for our Hermitage & Lebanon, TN practices. Join a dentist-led team with strong patient flow and dedicated staff, offering flexible schedule in a supportive environment.

Work Monday–Thursday across Hermitage and Lebanon with an optional Friday in Lebanon for a 5-day week. Expect strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, mentorship, and long-term growth within our established offices and digital technology.

Qualifications

• Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with significant pediatric experience.
• DDS or DMD with a Tennessee dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Enthusiasm for working with children and delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dentistry care for patients in Hermitage and Lebanon.
• Maintain high standards of clinical autonomy with mentorship and professional support.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure strong patient flow and exceptional service.

Pediatric Dentist – Hermitage & Lebanon, TN

Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or experienced General Dentist with a strong background in pediatric dentistry to join our growing, dentist-led practices in Hermitage and Lebanon, TN.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, mentorship, and long-term growth.

Position Highlights

Schedule: Monday–Thursday

Monday & Tuesday: Hermitage

Wednesday & Thursday: Lebanon

Optional Friday: Lebanon for dentists interested in a 5-day schedule

Income potential: $200,000–$400,000+ annually

Guaranteed annual base compensation plus production-based earning potential

Compensation: 28-30% of adjusted collections

Primarily pediatric Medicaid patients, with some PPO

Established, high-volume practices with strong patient flow and dedicated support staff

Modern offices and digital technology

Clinical autonomy with mentorship and professional support
