Job description

One Community Health is currently seeking a full-time dentist to join our dedicated team. This position will play a vital role in providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages within our dental department. Responsibilities include conducting thorough oral examinations, diagnosing various dental conditions, and performing necessary dental procedures. Additionally, the dentist ensures accurate documentation of all dental care provided in the patient's dental record and actively participates in clinical quality monitoring and peer review programs, contributing to ongoing improvement efforts. The role also involves engagement in departmental meetings and educational programs, providing valuable insights and expertise.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited dental school (DDS or DMD)
  • Oregon Dental License and DEA certification
  • Maintenance of required CDE credits
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR)
  • Successful completion of credentialing and privileging review upon hire
  • Represents the organization professionally to the community
  • Demonstrates professional leadership for the healthcare team
  • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and self-directed work style

Compensation
  • Salaried/Exempt: $150k-175k annually, depending on experience
  • Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
