Practice Highlights:

• Established Multi-Doctor Office – Join a team of three other general dentists , including an on-site owner who works full-time and a partner doctor providing both general and orthodontic care.

• Invisalign Offered by General Dentists – Support available for doctors with an interest in aligner therapy.

• On-Site Specialty Care – Pediatric dentistry and oral surgery performed in-house 1–2 times per month , allowing patients to receive comprehensive care in one location.

• Hygiene-Driven Model :

  • 740+ hygiene recare patients/month

  • 180+ new patients/month

  • Assisted hygiene model with 4–5 patients per hygienist per day

• Two treatment rooms per doctor and two dedicated dental assistants per provider for efficiency and clinical focus.

Typical Schedule:

• 3–4 days/week with the following hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM

  • Friday: 8 AM – 4 PM

  • 1–2 Saturdays/month: 8 AM – 3 PM

• Schedule flexibility available based on your preferences and availability.

Compensation & Income Potential:

• Collections-Based Compensation with a 99% RCM rate:

  • 30% of collections up to $60K/month

  • 32% of collections between $60K–$80K/month

  • 34% of collections above $80K/month

• $700 Daily Guarantee during the first 90 days

• No lab or supply deductions

• Estimated Annual Earnings of $330,000+ based on average monthly collections of $90,000

Employment Model Options:

• W-2 Employee

• 1099 Independent Contractor

• Service Member (1099 with access to benefits packages)

• Neodent Implant System

• Intraoral scanners

• Digital panoramic and X-rays

• Rotary endodontics

• Fully digital workflows and admin systems
